2026 Mission Trip Application

Dear Student Applicant,

We are so excited that you are considering being a part of our 2026 summer mission trips. These trips are a great opportunity to serve others and stretch your faith. Please realize that we take these trips very seriously and are looking for students who take them seriously too. The goal of these trips is to take students to a location outside of their community and comfort zone to share the Gospel by serving in an environment that is spiritually challenging and awakening. We want this mission experience to be an opportunity for students to demonstrate and strengthen their faith through service, and grow in their own personal walk with the Lord.

This application is simply a tool to help us find those students who are willing to let God use them and grow them in spiritual maturity. In order to make this tool useful, please be sure that your answers are truthful and are your own. By filling this out and turning it in, you are affirming your commitment to attend the preparation meetings, raise the minimum support of the trip cost and go on the trip (if you meet the eligibility requirements). It also signifies that you understand that Mission Team members are called to a higher standard because of what and who they represent.

In other words, please do NOT fill out this form if you are NOT ready to make these commitments. Please carefully read the instructions, and prayerfully complete the application in its entirety. We look forward to seeing God’s work in your life!

Please note: Completion of this application does not guarantee a student’s acceptance/attendance to the selected trip. Those who meet requirements and are approved will be contacted to fill out a registration form and pay a deposit.

Once your application has been reviewed by staff, you will receive an email letting you know if you have been accepted, not accepted, or if a trip is full. In that email, if there is space for you on a trip you will also receive a link to register for the trip as well as pay a deposit. Your spot on the trip is not secured until you are registered and a deposit has been paid.

They will still be required to pay the trip balance in the event that they are unable to participate in the trip to cover prepaid expenses. I understand that the mission trip meeting is mandatory and essential for spiritual preparation, trip planning, and team bonding. I will be sure my student is at the training meeting leading up to the trip. Meeting date will be communicated after my student's spot is secured.

I understand that I will still be required to pay the full price of the trip in the event that my student is unable to participate on the trip in order to cover prepaid expenses. (This payment can include any support that was already raised.)

Once your application has been received, please allow our team 10-15 business days to review and check eligibility requirements. Once approved, you will be contacted to fill out our registration form and pay your deposit.
